Marzano Student Self-Assessment Scale Mini-Printable Poster

This is a great solution if you want to post a large Marzano scale/rubric in your room, but cannot make a poster!

The scale/rubric included here asks students to assess themselves by posing the question, "How comfortable am I with what I am learning in class?" and students can self-reflect and rate their own level of understanding on a scale of 4 to 0. Furthermore, it attaches a percentage grade to each level of the scale, allowing students to predict and compare how they do on an actual assessment.

Each page of this document has the five possible scale ratings written in a large, easy-to-read, fun font.

I make the most of this by printing each page on a different, bright color and posting them at the front of my room above the white board.

I have often received positive feedback from administrators for utilizing this tool.
