Our communities, our schools are amazingly diverse places. People of different ethnicities, cultures, religions, jobs, traditions. These aren't just "people" they are our students and their families! Celebratory months (like Women's History Month, Black History Month) allow us to shine a special light on specific groups of people who have positively impacted our world.
