Margarita: "She" and Me
Dr Carol's Corner PODCASTS

Description
Margarita is so self-conscious – of her body, her word choice, her voice – even though she was a gorgeous, tall, picturesque teen with so much love for her friends and extended family. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She reminded me of a swan, but sadly, she felt like an ugly duckling.
Margarita deals a lot with self-sabotage. Even though on some level she wants happiness, she is allowing negative thoughts to take over. She is unconsciously sabotaging her chances for happiness because she doesn’t feel worthy of it.
