March Lion and Lamb Centers

March Centers for Kindergarten. This is a unit that can be used all March! It has 3 Math Centers, 3 ELA Centers, 1 Sight Word Game, 1 Number Game and 3 Anchor Charts. It hits ending sounds, sight words, cvc words, addition, making ten and ten frames.

Ending Sound Lamb:

Students will go draw a card, identify the ending sound, and record them on their response sheet.

Roaring Sight Words:

Students will go around room, finding animal, and recording sight words on their response sheet.

Short /u/ Words:

Student should look at picture, segment word and put the letters in correct order on response sheet.

Lion and Lamb Addition:

Students will roll cube (or pick from pile), record number over corresponding animal. Then the students will finish the addition sentence.

March Ten Frames:

The students will match the number and stickers, and fill in the ten frame on response sheet.

Leader of the Pack:

Students draw a card, count the dots on the ten frame, figure out how many more they need to make ten. Then record on the response sheet.

This unit is printer/ink friendly! There are two print options.
