MAYAN MATH ACTIVITY: W/ USE OF KEY FOR GLYPHS/ ANSWER KEY INCLUDED GRS.3-6

This homework or math class addition activity. It displays historic Mayan glyphs. Student use a key for the numeric value of the glyphs. Hint: It is good if they list all the values for each picture before adding them up. It will be easier! For instance, check the assignment, and list all the faces' values. Then list the bug values, etc. Pencil them in! An answer key is provided. At the end, they need to add up all the totals for a grand sum! Have fun! Mayan glyphs are amazing works of art, as well.
