Description

We use this Caldecott Award Winning book to address social-emotional standards for primary gifted students. Not just a social-emotional unit, we answer critical thinking questions, explore literary theme and other ideas, and create a fun island adventure using a grid.

Great stuff for our youngest gifted learners: It’s hands-on, requires critical thinking, and good fun.
