What educators are saying

I work with RSP students and I love using this worksheets because they are great for review and re-teaching, my students get more out of these than just with their regular notes.

Description

Are you looking for a linear equations in slope intercept form review? Miss Kuiper's Classroom has you covered! This is a leveled worksheet set to meet every student where they are at when it comes to slope. It includes finding slope from an equation, a graph, two points, and a table. It also has problems about y-intercepts and creating an equation from a coordinate pair and the y-intercept.

Read how I use this review activity here!

Practice problems are divided into 4 levels:

Level 1

  • Academic vocab
  • Labeling pieces of a linear equation
  • Creating an equation from a graph

Level 2

  • Graphing linear equations
  • Finding slope from two points
  • Finding the linear equation of a table

Level 3

  • Graphing with a coordinate pair and y-intercept

Level 4

  • Solving word problems using constant rate

These resource contain printable and digital activities! Meaning, whether you are teaching in person, online, or hybrid, I've got you covered. Included are corresponding Google Forms that is great for assigning to students on Google Classroom or whatever platform you use. I have set up this Google Forms to be self-grading, minus the short answer questions. It includes all of the same questions as the worksheet, but in a different form. It works great as a homework assignment or review for later!

Ways to use this bundle:

  • Curriculum supplement
  • Review before an assessment
  • Self-paced unit for students
  • Differentiation for accelerated students
  • Home school curriculum
  • So much more!

Graph proportional relationships, interpreting the unit rate as the slope of the graph. Compare two different proportional relationships represented in different ways. For example, compare a distance-time graph to a distance-time equation to determine which of two moving objects has greater speed.
Use similar triangles to explain why the slope m is the same between any two distinct points on a non-vertical line in the coordinate plane; derive the equation 𝘺 = 𝘮𝘹 for a line through the origin and the equation 𝘺 = 𝘮𝘹 + 𝘣 for a line intercepting the vertical axis at 𝘣.
Solve linear equations in one variable.
For a function that models a relationship between two quantities, interpret key features of graphs and tables in terms of the quantities, and sketch graphs showing key features given a verbal description of the relationship.
