Life Lesson #806 Taming Monkey Mind

In my experience there is little more important than teaching students and teachers alike how the left hemisphere of the brain works to take minimal information and make up fantastic stories in response, which more often than not are factually untrue. This describes the workings of "Monkey Mind" and it is the source of great suffering in a world. Learning how Monkey Mind works and some effective ways to tame it, has widespread implications for ALL learning.
