What educators are saying

This was a great game to use when reviewing fiction vs nonfiction with students! I also use it as a station/ "I'm done. Now what?" activity.

Description

Comes with 27 mixed cards fiction and nonfiction, 1 fiction poster and 1 nonfiction poster.

I use these cards in many ways to review over library skills of fiction and nonfiction. I highly recommend laminating your cards for multiple uses.

Print the cards out twice and use them as a memory game. The large sheets with the bears on them are used to help the students determine if it is fiction or nonfiction.

I use the cards to pass out to students and have them find the section of the library that their card would be located, the fiction or nonfiction section.

You can print them twice and have students find their partner and then find out whether their card is fiction or nonfiction.

You can separate the room into fiction and nonfiction and show the class one card at a time and let them walk to the fiction or nonfiction side of the room. Getting all students involved and up and learning.

This listing is included in my Fiction or Nonfiction bundle: Library Skills Fiction or Nonfiction Lesson Bundle, Worksheets, Game, Poster (teacherspayteachers.com)
