This resource is fabulous to pair with Letters From Rifka. There are so many worksheets to use, I don't usually get to them all, but I love the options. This helps make the novel study very thorough for my 7th graders.

These print easily in black and white and can be copied front to back to save paper. Compile all of them as a workbook, or use them separately as needed. This workbook was designed to keep students engaged and interacting with the text as they read the novel.

I read this novel because it meets many of our fifth-grade social studies standards about immigration to the United States at the turn of the century.
