These lesson observation feedback templates are a fantastic professional addition to your prac folder. Simply print and provide copies to your Mentor Teacher or University Prac Supervisor when they are observing a lesson while you teach, or use the template digitally. The template is broadly based on the elements of the Australian AITSL Graduate Standards, which assists mentors in providing relevant and timely feedback.
Please note this template is a guide only, as each University may have their own independent expectations and regulations for assessment of pre-service teachers.
File is a 6-page editable powerpoint file, including feedback and notes pages and the AITSL graduate standards, available in a fresh monstera leaf coloured design with a bonus black and white version included.
