Description
Leprechauns
Irish Folklore and Leprechaun Stories for Upper Elementary Students!
Have your students learn the history and folklore from old Irish stories and poetry!
________________________________________________________________
The leprechauns in old Irish folklore are much different than the ones we celebrate on St. Patrick's Day. They are considered to be fairies, however it is not the adorable type of fairies we see in children's books and Disney movies. These fairies are greedy, nasty, and unpleasant creatures with dark magic.
This magic can either be alluring or harmful depending just on the fairy’s mood.
This resource contains cut and paste material to design an interactive lap book.
