Description

The fable of the Lion and the Mouse, and the Goose and the Wolf, written in simple Latin appropriate for Latin I or II. I use this to review Present, Imperfect, and Future tenses - there are a few perfect tense verbs but that could be easily modified. One page, vocabulary included. My students generally can translate these in a single 42-minute class period. We do the first one as a whole class, and the students do the second one in small groups. Adapted and translated by Sara Sprunk.
