Description

There are SO many slides and activities/mini lessons within this 58 page product. DEFINITELY watch the preview video!!!

As a prior elementary music teach with ten years of experience I am excited to be turning my activities from "back into the day" into TpT products for you to use in your classroom. I know exactly what you need to present a complete lesson, and am excited to share this product with you. Be on the lookout for many more music products in the coming weeks!

This product is for SMARTboard users only. You must have a Smartboard and the Smartboard Notebook software to access this product. If you are not sure if you can open such files, please feel free to download one of my many freebies.

This product will be produced for Google Slides and Powerpoint within the next few days so save this to your wishlist and come back if you want it in that format.

***There will also be a companion Melody product for this popular Kodaly song!

Included in the Lemonade (Rhythm and Beat) Pack you will receive:

*Sheet Music for the song (made by me based on the Kodaly classic!)

*Lyric Page

*The Game Page (3 different options for how to play the game, easily outlined and explained)

*Steady Beat (7 slides - definition of, guiding practice and questions to help students deepen their understanding of beat)

*Rhythm (18 slides - definition of, guiding practice and questions to help students deepen their understanding of rhythm)

*Stick Notation Rhythm Flashcards (9 slides - each with 2 flashcards on it for a total of 18 flashcards to tap, clap, play, practice etc.)

*Standard Notation Rhythm Flashcards (9 slides - each with 2 flashcards on it for a total of 18 flashcards to tap, clap, play, practice etc.)

*Create Your Own Rhythm Flashcards (2 slides - one with stick notation and one with standard notation - open ended so your students can explore, create and perform their own rhythm combinations using "ta" and "ti-ti" (quarter and eighth notes) Notes are infintely cloned so your students have endless possibilities!

* I suggest also printing out the flashcards to use in your classroom. Also consider adding a rectangular shape to cover the top or bottom flashcard if you would like to limit what the kids can see on those slides. This is an accommodation for any students who would benefit from the differentiation strategy.
