Lesson flows as follows:
Day # 1
1. Students will take a pre- test.
2. Students will complete the Place Setting Diagram and Place Setting Notes.
Day #2
1. Students will work on their placemats
Day #3
1. Students will work on their Placemat.
2. Students will take their post assessment.
