Learn Dates, Weather, Seasons | Basic Chinese

Grab this Easel and Google Slide product that introduces dates, weather and seasons to your students.

For me, I prefer the Easel activity over the Google Slide one. This is because the images can't be accidently deleted and it appears to be less demanding on the computer. For me, I use this product as a routine to start my Chinese lessons. I slowly introduce the vocabularies. I start off with the days of the week through song, move onto learning months and practice it on the calendar. Currently, the product contains the 2022-2023 calendar. It will be updated yearly to ensure the calendar is up to date! After, students will learn how to say the different weathers and the seasons.

These slides are a routine we do at the beginning of every Chinese lesson. It allows them to have lots of repetition and to build confidence in their abilities to start speaking Chinese.
