    Description

    Celebrate February Leap Day of School with a 29-second challenge! Students will love completing each activity as many times as they can in 29 seconds. Use these challenges as a no-prep Leap Day party game, brain break, math activity, icebreaker or morning meeting activity. This is great for kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade and fourth grade students.

    Directions:

    • Students will make an estimate to determine how many times they think they can do each activity in 29 seconds.
    • The teacher will use the embedded slides and timers for 29 seconds and let the students complete the activity.
    • Then students will record the actual amount of times they were able to complete the themed activity on the recording sheets.
    • Students will repeat this process throughout the recording sheets following along with the google slides!

    What's included:

    • 2 recording sheets with 14 themed activities total
    • the same 14 challenges in google slides with a 29 second timer for each + 1 bonus challenge

    • How many jumping jacks can you do in 29 seconds?
