La Misma Luna Film Study Packet

La Misma Luna is a wonderful accompaniment to any immigration unit or as a stand-alone mini-unit. Film Study Packet contains everything you will need to make a one-week or longer mini-unit out of this film. This would be a PERFECT sub plan!

This resource is designed for use by Spanish 2 or 3 students. Spanish 1 could use this later in the year if they have been in a target-language intensive learning environment and have a supportive teacher.

Packet Contains:

Present tense (3 readings)

An activity page follows each present tense reading (sequencing activities and comprehension questions)

Past tense (3 readings)

A whole-film “put the events in order” sequencing activity with a "secret message" to decode

A reproducible photo collage for speaking/writing prompt

A set of 16 images to project for the class as a discussion visual or speaking prompt
