This item has been formatted to be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper. Use these 100 terms to give your students a daily reminder of the English terminology they will encounter in your classroom and on tests.

Post these around your room all at once or introduce them a few at a time. These make great lesson starters or terms of the day. On your overhead or board, give students an example of the term and have them give you a few examples of their own.

The glue to understanding an idea is more than just a definition. Having students demonstrate the term, rather than solely focusing on the definition, is what will really cement the meaning.
