This resource packet starts with an Arabic Background, Pronunciation, Vocabulary and Grammar Sketch.

Next come fun worksheets in the form of fun ten Word Searches,

One Numbers-To-Words Cryptogram,

two Letters-To-Words Cryptograms,

an Arabic Words With Pictures Display section,

a Map Of Arabic Languages Within Semitic Languages,

and finally a Certificate Of Completion.

Instead of an approach with lots of grammar complexities, this is mostly a vocabulary approach. This resource is also useful for helping ESL / ELL students who are from an Arabic-speaking background.

The pedagogical philosophy for this also utilizes the view that when students have more fun, they learn more and we the teachers also enjoy teaching all the more.
