Great for special education students learning life or independent living skills at home or in the classroom. Not only can this resource serve as a visual for students, you can also play a functional reading game with these visuals.

I put these visuals up with two separate velcro pieces so that I can hand students one or the other. From there, they will go to the kitchen to match the visual to the word or vice versa. Very simple activity, but it’s nice having hands-on activities and also getting up and moving around sometimes!

I made these visuals for my classroom and I am sharing them for those that think they can make these visuals work in theirs also.
