Kitchen Measuring & Equivalents Escape Room - Middle/High - FACS/FCS

This fun and interactive activity is great for both middle and high school students! After learning proper basic measurements and equivalents in their FACS class they will apply those skills to escape Mr. Cookie's Make or Break Cookie Order! Students use the printed "room" documents to input their answers into the "lockbox" Google form to check themselves as they work. If they do not have the correct answer...they will be unable to make it to the next room!

This activity is perfect for group work or could be used for individuals. It could also serve as a great assessment tool for the teacher or fun way to review at the end of a unit or semester.
