Description
This writing rubric has been created as a grading guide for teachers to assess student's writing in the mid-end of the year. It grades not only the students writing, but their ability to draw a related picture. The rubric has been designe so that students wgo are not yet able to write legiable sentences cannot pass, but are able to score a progressing toward grade level standards score. Students are expected to be able to write 4 sentences about one topic. The teacher might choose to read an informational texts, and ask students to write about 4 facts.
