What educators are saying

We started incorporating students in data meetings and they were so excited to get to wear these crowns.
These have been such a fun addition to my classroom! My students have enjoyed celebrating their learning achievements with making a crown! What a fun way to show their grownups at home that they are accomplishing things at school.

Description

Are you looking for a fun and kindergarten friendly way to track data? Learning crowns are perfect for student data recording and goal setting! These provide a "wearable" way to celebrate your students success and for students to show what they know.

These crowns can be used to assess students, monitor students learning, have them keep track of their learning as well as motivate them.

In my classroom, students can keep track of their progress by coloring each skill on the bands as they progress with their learning.....When they have mastered all skills, they then have a fun crown to wear!! This provides a kindergarten friendly way for students to keep track of their data and great communication to parents of what their students are learning.

Contains crowns with skills included for students to keep track of their data:

  • I know my Letter Names (only lowercase, only uppercase and mixed lowercase and uppercase)
  • I know my Letter Sounds (only lowercase, only uppercase and mixed lowercase and uppercase)
  • I can identify number 1-20
  • I know my shapes (includes CC geometry shapes)
  • I can count to 100
  • I know my sight words

Includes a version of these crowns with only the "I can identify ____" statement that is blank without numbers and letters if you choose to use that version.

Also includes graphs for these areas for students to track their learning and a teaching recording page. This can easily be copied and sent home to parents to see what their child knows and what they may need more practice on.

You can check out how I use them in my classroom here: Learning Achievement Crowns
