What educators are saying

This is a great resource for my students who are already reading some words, and need to practice putting them into sentences. Thank you!
This sight word resource is a huge plus! My school doesn't have a reading curriculum so I found myself having to supplement a lot. Out of all the sight word resources I found, this resource was engaging and helped my students learn their words in a small amount of time.

⭐ How should I use these?

You can structure your lessons how you see fit, however, here is a suggestion of how I set up sight word practice for the week.

  • Day One: Introduce the word using the sight word card with the *tricky part* highlighted. Have your students practice writing the word and creating a sentence with that new word.
  • Day Two: Practice recognizing and reading the word using the scrambled sentences worksheets.
  • Day Three: Read it, Find it, Write it, Stamp it
  • Day Four: Spin & Write
  • Day Five: Use the sight words in a sentence.

⭐ See what a kindergarten teacher had to say about these sight word fluency books:

This resource is fun and easy for students to do independently.  I go over it the first couple of times and then they are able to do it on their own.  It is great repetition for them to learn their sight words and a great independent practice time worksheet. - Jennifer P.
