What educators are saying
Description
Need a ready-to-go kindergarten reading and math skills assessment? You will LOVE this easy, low-prep assessment to benchmark your students. This assessment was developed to align with reading and math foundational skills, along with Kindergarten Common Core Standards.
It was designed to give teachers and families a peek at their students’ progress throughout the school year.
This assessment can be given at any point during the school year and should be re-issued to monitor progress.
There are some skills that can be assessed as a whole group, and others that must be assessed one-on-one. It is my advice to spend a few days working through this assessment, taking it a few sections at a time. This will help prevent assessment fatigue and allow students to show their skills most accurately.
A Student Report is included to condense assessment information and provide data that can easily be distributed to parents and other teachers.
What is included?
- 10-page assessment guide
- 11-page skill-based assessment
- 3-page student report
- 14-page student materials printables
