Description

Motivate your kindergarten students and provide yourself with "at a glance" data! Date, sign, give a sticker, whatever works for you when a student accomplishes 50% or 100% of a learning target. Each learning target is addressed by an "I can..." statement aligned with Common Core standards. Students will clearly understand each learning goal, become motivated by their progress, and by the end of kindergarten have a solid foundation of ELA and Math basic skills. Ideally kept in individual student portfolios, they can also be kept in a single teacher binder for your reference and/or for use during parent-teacher conferences. My name is David San Juan, and I want your kindergarteners to have a solid foundation of basic skills!
