Description

This art lesson features Kente cloth, a beautiful African tradition. This project is perfect for PreK, K, 1st and 2nd grade students. I have included a writing component for older grades and a coloring page for fast finishers. You will receive a brief history lesson and instructions for creating an art project inspired by Kente cloth. This project is a great way to introduce students to African culture and art while also promoting creativity and fine motor skills.
