This is a set of 300+ PRINTABLE or PROJECTABLE "I Can" statement posters.

Download the preview to see every slide included.


  1. EDITABLE version which allows you to create your own text and images, as well as headers. In addtion, change text to the "I Can" statements

  2. READY TO PRINT version which allows you to print them as needed for your display.

  3. SMART BOARD OPTION to display the "I Can" statement and use the illustration to help illuminate the concept to the students. The teacher will need to prompt questions and explain the concept but the posters are there to help introduce or remind about the skill.

  4. Next Generation Science Standards "I Can" statements, but no illustrations. You will need to add those.

    This product does require you to have PowerPoint.

Note that there are templates for all of the areas, including Science and Social Studies, but you will need to do the editing for those subjects.

Standards

Count forward beginning from a given number within the known sequence (instead of having to begin at 1).
Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20 (with 0 representing a count of no objects).
Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
