Junior Drama - Darkwood Manor - Full teaching unit using Devised Theatre

Are you planning your year and needing a new unit to change things up? This unit is highly engaging for younger teens - based around campfire, haunted house and ghost stories. Using the conventions of theatre, students will devise an original play entitled "The Tale of Darkwood Manor" under your guidance.

Included are all teaching materials - from the unit plan, lesson outlines, warm-up games, teacher notes and activities, assessment materials and student workbooks. There are Google Docs, Slides and Forms for student use. Everything is ready to be uploaded into Google Classroom or other LMS. There is also an interactive student workbook on Easel for simplified use as a Google Classroom assignment.
