Juice carton net template

This is a publisher file template for a fruit juice carton. I normally use this with Year 2 as an introduction to DTP and Graphic Design which are integral parts of Design and Technology. It is straight forward and saves you time as you do not need to look for the images on the interment, I have done that for you. To achieve the colour I use the format image and choose fill effects to create a graduated effect. The design can be colour printed onto paper and then stuck onto the card net which you can either print or photocopy onto card. I normally use laser cut card nets so you can choose if you allow the children to cut out the card net or get your TA to do that for you.
Highlights of this project are when you show the children how the flat piece of card transforms into a box and when it is all finished and the children put a bendy straw into the hole and pretend they are drinking a real drink.
