Jesus and Nicodemus

This set centers around the story in the Bible when Jesus talked with Nicodemus about being born again spiritually. There is a story page with a review sheet. To build vocabulary, there is page for students to match words with definitions. For fun, there is a page of Bible verse puzzles. To practice identifying parts of speech, students color in a butterfly according to words being nouns, verbs, adjectives, or adverbs. In addition, there is a page to review synonyms and a page to review similes. Since our rebirth in the spirit transforms us, there are two pages to learn how the caterpillar is transformed into a butterfly. One butterfly page is a. diagram/information page and the other page asks students to order, describe, and compare metamorphosis to being born again. For math, there is a page of adding fractions and a page of subtracting fractions. This is also a butterfly sheet to review multiplication. There is a page of matching fractions and decimals. Lastly, there is a page of caterpillar math where students fill in missing parts to equations. This is a great set to use in teaching Bible stories and biblical concepts.
