Description
This 18 slide PowerPoint presentation provides a background to Japanese Manga and Anime. Fully editable to print off the slides, and for you to assist your class through a step-by-step process to show the sequencing, features of anime/mange imagery, types of hairstyles, and visual representation of different faces and expressions.
A great resource for students who read manga and want a lesson or two on manga and anime drawing. Hyperlinks are provided for step-by-step drawings. It is also a great first lesson for creating title pages with junior classes to hook an early interest in Japanese culture. My students loved these drawing classes and increased the borrowing of manga comics in our school library.
