Japanese Language Morning Chart Display

This resource is great for introducing vocabulary and language for daily Japanese. Have this displayed on a bulletin board and make it part of your routine to practice stating simple information in Japanese.

Included in this resource:

★ Instructions

★ Chart for day (today, yesterday and tomorrow), month (this month, last month and next month) and weather

★Card for each day of the week including a 'holiday' option, each month and 8 weather related adjectives

This activity is aligned with the Australian Curriculum: Languages- Japanese.

Through this resource students will be able to:

★Interact orally to exchange ideas, opinions, experiences, thoughts and feelings; and participating in planning, negotiating, deciding and taking action

★Ask and respond to questions in familiar contexts using complete sentences and appropriate pronunciation, rhythm and intonation.

★ Engage with imaginative experience by participating in responding to and creating a range of texts, such as stories, songs, drama and music

★Participate in intercultural exchange, questioning reactions and assumptions; and considering how interaction shapes communication and identity
