Description

Get positive classroom behaviour in your Japanese classes happening from Day 1 of the school year by reinforcing consistent effort and good behaviour. Sensei-tional Classrooms is sharing a positive behaviour support strategy using the notion of Japanese hanko stamp system.

Glue this はんこピージ into students' Japanese books and as they complete class work, win games, follow the classroom values, attempt to use target language etc, provide a Japanese sticker/stamp (call it a はんこ) for students to put onto their はんこページ. Every 10 hanko means that you can turn their effort into an award that fits within your school's welfare/merit system. Students are visually reminded that they are doing the right thing during your lessons and can be a motivator to keep up their efforts!

The key is to keep the hankos free and frequent and students will often ask if what they have been doing will constitute "another hanko". Print more Hanko Peeji if students require new sheets throughout the year!

Let Sensei-tional Classrooms know what your feedback is with this product.
