A fun Japanese May 5th Children's Day (kodomonohi) literacy packet explaining cultural traditions of koinobori (carp streamers), gogatsu ningyo (samurai doll displays), shoubuyu (iris leaf baths), kashiwamochi and chimaki (Japanese traditional sweets). Make and colour in your own koinobori and learn how to fold your own origami kabuto instructions are included, along with some short answer questions, six find a words and 2 X 12 sets of Children's Day display cards in Romaji, Kanji and Hiragana.
