Description

This one page reading passage tells the history of the Jamestown Colony including:

  • when and why it was established
  • its early leaders
  • the many hardships it faced before taking its place in history as the first permanent English settlement in the New World

The passage includes 10 multiple choice reading comprehension questions, an answer key, and 2 self-scoring digital versions - EASEL and Google Forms.
