Description

Students will create their own picture dictionary using the letters of the Italian alphabet.

Using the internet, bilingual dictionary or other printed source in Italian, students will select a word for each letter of the alphabet, illustrate that word (or cut and paste a pic) in the box and write the word in the space provided. More advanced students may write a sentence.

The booklet may be collated by punching three holes with the hole puncher and tying all of the pages together with ribbon or yarn. I usually use red, white and green for the Italian flag. Paper fasteners or plastic sliding covers work well too.
