Italian Cooking Show/Recipe Project

This is a great resource to use for Project Based Learning in your Italian World Language classes. The project is broken up into two parts: a writing portion, which asks students to write a recipe in Italian, and a presentational part, which then asks the students to video record themselves cooking their Italian dish and speaking the steps in Italian. There are two rubrics, one for the writing and one for the video presentation. Students enjoy this project a lot and learn a lot of new vocabulary from the experience.
