Italian ANDARE and Places Bundle Task Cards, Mystery Picture + Race Game

These three are excellent activities to help your students start practicing and recognizing vocabulary for locations and the verb andare in the present tense and places or an activity to provide more practice for the struggling student. They are Interactive, Self-checking and No Prep!

#1 For the Digital Task cards there are SIX activities and notes how to conjugate andare. The activity include:

Vocabulary:

- Drag the Italian word below the picture of the location it represents - 10 questions

Reading:

- Drag the the correct response to each question - 7 questions

- Drag the correct subject for each sentence - 10 questions

- Mark an X for the correct verb form for each sentence - 8 questions

Writing:

- Write a sentence about where each person typically goes on the weekend for the

subjects provided - 7 questions

- Type in the correct conjugation of andare for each sentence - 14 questions

#2 The Mystery Pixel art activity is for students to practice the conjugation of the present tense of andare in Italian. There are a total of 24 sentences for which the students need to type in the correct conjugation of andare. There are TWO VERSIONS - multiple choice and type in. When you assign your students each their own individual copy a picture will magically appear as they type in correct answers.  If an answer does not fill in some boxes towards completing the picture they will know they have answered incorrectly and need to review their work.

The 2 person race game

Your students will have FUN with this No-Prep, instant feedback two person race game to practice andare the places on Google Sheets. There are a total of 10 pictures for which each student has to type in the correct Italian word to identify the place and 6 sentences for which the student has to type in the correct form of the verb andare. There are TWO VERSIONS - multiple choice and type in. Students receive instant feedback as the path will light up if their answers are correct. The first student to complete the path wins the game!
