What educators are saying

Used this resource as extra practice for my students. I had them work with a partner to answer the questions and then projected the sheet on the board one question at a time and had students come up to answer them! Great resource!
Great for sub plans or those last 10 minutes of class. Easy way for teachers to check for understanding!

Description

Now you can add an interactive layer to this PDF and assign it to your students through Google Classroom!

Use this worksheet as a homework or in-class practice to help students recognize when a chemical equation is following the Law of Conservation of Mass and when it isn't. Students will count atoms on both the reactant side and product side of the equation and compare the atom counts. From this they will determine if it's following the law or not.
