This is a DRAFT copy of my textbook. It is incomplete and needs proofreading and refinement. I am looking of three or four individuals to collaborate with me to help complete this text. Generally I am looking for:
1) Someone to assist proofreading and giving suggestions for content.
2) A graphic designer to assist with aesthetics, illustrations, and formatting.
3) A business/legal person with experience in publishing collaboration agreements.
4) Eventually a web/app designer to turn the book into an interactive course.
