Description
This listing is for a bundle of ALL of my Intro to Culinary files (see the bundle contents for individual explanations).
My district taught this class as a ONE period FULL year course WITH NO LABS. It was an all classroom/theory course. I teach this course with a class set of chromebooks, so many of the files require the use of technology. We are also a google for education district, so we use a lot of the google products (mainly forms, but some slides, docs and drawings).
NEW (3/29/2020): ALL NOTETAKING SHEETS ARE NOW IN DIGITAL FORMAT! That means they are converted to google slides- with the guided note part locked in place and editable text boxes for students to insert their answers into the spaces on the notes. The notetaking sheets in combination with the digital worksheets can get you through the rest of your year (if needed) digitally during this time of uncertainty.
Included in the bonus files is a scope and sequence (with topics, book chapters and time I taught it), a course digital resources document (including quizlets and gimkits to go with every chapter of the book), as well as a bonus project!
I use the red Pearson "Introduction to Culinary" book to teach the course, and had access to the Instructor Resources (so I used the powerpoints provided by Pearson- so you will notice there are no powerpoints in this bundle- you would need to purchase the instructor resources from Pearson).
As of right now, I will not be teaching this course again next year, but I might still have a few more files to add to it.
