Interpreting Medical Records Worksheets (Health Sciences, Nursing, Med Asst)

This worksheet will help your Health Sciences students to learn about the application of medical terminology and medical abbreviations. Students will read five mini-medical notes, which include basic medical terminology and medical abbreviations, and answer questions regarding the notes (40 completion questions total).

Note: Medical records are for educational purposes only. Worksheet may require students to research a few abbreviations and terms if they are unfamiliar with them.

Can be used as a classwork assignment (individual or in pairs), or sub plans. Answer key provided.
