Interactive Color Wheel Lesson Art Project Element of Art Color Mixing Colors

Instead of a regular color wheel, make an interactive color wheel! This is an excellent tool for helping students understand color. Each color card is labeled with “Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary” to help students remember the vocabulary associated with the element of color. This project is also a fantastic way to teach students about color mixing. The materials are inexpensive and the project can be completed in two 50-minute class periods! This is also a great project for kinesthetic and Special Ed learners. The interactive color wheel is also an awesome space-saver since it folds up and fits in your hand!
