Instrumental Lessons Syllabus/Contract

This is an editable word document for a syllabus for instrumental lesson programs. The set up is for elementary band lessons on a 6 day rotation, but this can be easily edited to fit your program.

The first page and second page is the syllabus- course expectations and practice guides for students and families.

The third page of the file is the contact with a student and parent/guardian signature area. I have my students sign and take home for their parents to sign. This helps me to make my expectations clear for not only my students, but for their families as well.
