Inside Out Emotional Regulation Bulletin Board {Silhouette Cut File Included}

I've been wanting to create this board for-ever! It's perfect to use for emotional regulation and morning meetings that focus on character education.

I finally gathered all the plushies (Amazon links included in the bundle) and grabbed a shelf from Hobby Lobby.

I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the black vinyl wording on the top and bottom-both cut files are included and can be used with the Studio software.

There is also a PDF that includes the characters and memory balls. Memory balls state the purpose of each emotion and the steps our kiddos can take to bring themselves 'back to center'.

**Newly added: I've now included an editable Powerpoint with the heading on it for printing. The original version ONLY had the Silhouette Studio cut file, so you may need to re-download for the printable version. You can resize the PPT file to fit your board, or change the text if desired.

I also have an activity that you can do with your kiddos to help them brainstorm times in their life they felt each emotion-this is a great way to talk through situations and how they could have reacted differently than they did. Reflecting on past situations can make all the difference in new situations!

**I've labeled the purple character as anxiety instead of fear, as I think our kiddos deal with a LOT of anxiety over everyday events, whereas fear seems like something regulated to bigger events.
