It is difficult to find age appropriate non-fiction books that the child can be independent in their research skills. It’s a great addition to any insect unit you might have planned. It works great for the class as a whole, groups, centers, homework, early finishers, or independent workers who need to be challenged.
Included in this product is a black and white informational book about insects that can be used for independent reading as well as for guided reading groups. A craft is also included.
