Description
This is great for grades that do expository or informative papers. This will help them sort their thoughts as they read the informational articles and develop a well thought out essay. It transfers over to a four paragraph paper and I have seen tremendous results with it in my classroom. It can be turned into a self made graphic organizer so they can prepare themselves to be tested on this type of writing. It includes topics, claim, evidence, cite evidence, explain evidence, conclusion, summarizing, and elaborating. It is a great way to show scaffolding in the classroom with writing.
