Description
Common Core focuses more on Informational Text. Here a an AMAZING Informational Text Feature Project, how to use page, rubric, student evaluation, and informational text feature chart.
The first sheet is the direction sheet for the teacher.
The second sheet is the direction page for the students.
The rubric can be used for teachers and student self-assessment.
There is also a separate student evaluation sheet.
LASTLY and MOST VALUABLE- The Informational Text Feature Chart that lists the top 23 text features students will exposed to along with how each one helps the reader. THIS IS A MUST HAVE!
There are two versions- One with 23 text features and one with 16 text features! This can be used to meet a variety of student needs or for different grade levels.
My students LOVE this project! You will too! There is choice involved for student motivation!
